Jason is a very pleasant, low key guy who prides himself on really knowing about strength training. He is always very considerate about the customer and their time. He is very punctual, never late and he always knows how to challenge you. He seems to know how to pace the workout based on his customer's ability and condition at the time of training. He is very knowledgeable and inventive on coming up with new exercises and movements that challenge you but never to excess. Lisa was awesome! I purchased several sessions with her as a gift for my parents for Christmas and they have been so happy with her as a trainer. She has made them feel very comfortable, listened to what they were wanting out of their sessions, and really helped them get back on track with their exercise. Her knowledge in different kinds of strength training, exercise, and stretching has been perfect for them and the convenience of her coming to their house has made all the difference. I would highly recommend Lisa to anyone looking to get back in shape, become more flexible, and have a great time while doing so!

Taylor has been absolutely amazing since day one. When I began to look into personal training, I was a little nervous. I was worried about everything from hiring a horrible trainer who yelled at me or was uninterested to not having enough money to really commit to it. Taylor quickly calmed all of those fears. When I met for our free consult she was straight forward and professional while still being very personable. I took the leap and went for it and I have been SO happy with my results. Not only does Taylor completely know what she's doing, but she charges a very reasonable price and is always available to answer any questions I have at any time of the day. Travis is a joy to train with. His energy and vitality are contagious, even when he's pushing you past your limits. He helped me lose more than 40 pounds after the birth of my second child, and I am very grateful for such an enjoyable and knowledgeable trainer to help me on that journey. I learned a lot, I laughed a lot, and if we still lived in Clackamas you can bet I'd still be training with Travis.
It is a great experience. He knows just what exercises are needed for an individual and helps you master them. He is also great helping you understand nutrition and how to eat when you are strength training. I am going into my 2nd phase and can't wait to see the results. I have noticed reaults from my 1st phase of training. :)
First off, it turned out that I actually knew Felton. My husband used to train with him and he was a friend of a friend. Felton will definitely help you get your fitness needs met. He will kick your butt with Cora activities and strength training. He also assist with nutrition planning and monitoring. He's an all-around good guy too.
I started working with Scott nearly one year ago. I wanted to work on my core strength because I was scheduled to do a 15 mile Power Walk in London and I wanted to avoid backaches and shin splints. I found my training leading up to the walk to be very helpful. When I returned from London, I decided to continue training with Scott because it had already made a big difference in my physical and overall health and well-being. Scott is great to work with and keeps things fun but challenging. I'm not a spring chicken and this program continues to serve me well. We decide together on skills and areas of focus. It seemed indulgent to have a personal trainer, but it is worth every bit of investment in myself. I now view it as an essential service to maintaining my health for the long run.

I sought out personal training on the recommendation of my physical therapist. The goal was to continue strengthening exercises to improve the condition of my injured ankle and problematic knees. I have to admit, I was terrified to start working with a personal trainer... I was obese, out of shape, and feared that I would be judged. Then I stumbled across Corey at Thrive Body Balance and realized I had nothing to fear. He was very welcoming and willing to work with me unconditionally and without judgment. I've been working out with Corey weekly for nearly 6 months now. I feel so much stronger, and that has helped me both physically and in terms of my confidence. I also feel like I'm taking great strides towards lifelong health, as Corey works with me on "corrective" exercises to improve the alignment and balance of my body. I would most definitely recommend Corey to anyone and everyone. He is extremely knowledgeable, understanding, flexible, patient, wise, and truly just a joy to spend time with. After all this time, I still look forward to my weekly personal training sessions. They have been worth every penny, and I feel very lucky to have found a trainer like Corey.

I had a great experience strength training with Jaylen. I saw him twice a week over the course of 3 months to help strengthen/rehab a snowboard knee injury that had me out for about 3 months prior to meeting him. He helped me achieve my goals and exceed my expectations on many levels. He was more than able to lay out a plan for each session and was very receptive to input as to what worked and what didn't. He also helped me on target areas that I wanted to see more improvement on. He was very upbeat and helped me to stay motivated and made me want push myself every session. Also made me want to stick with a diet regimen. The end result was fantastic and the overall experience was superb. I would highly recommend him and would work with him again in the future!
Jacob not only is super respectful, but also extremely helpful and understanding when it comes to the strengthening & fat loss goals I have set for myself. He does a great job helping me push through my resistance, but also give me great ideas on things I can do at home on my own time. I appreciate how professional he is and fun at the same time. I enjoy being able to get to the gym with trainer Jacob, even when he makes me do things I dont particularly like to do.

Alex responded to my request quickly and was quite personable in his responses (not the generic messages one normally receives here). He was incredibly flexible and worked with me/my schedule to provide a training time that would benefit me. He adapted his training sessions to fit my personal needs and created an awesome workout regimen that worked me super hard but was really enjoyable the entire time. After our workout, he had some diet and supplement suggestions to aid me in reaching my fitness goals. Initially, I was looking to lose 15lbs, grow a booty, and have a bikini body for my upcoming tropical vacation. Without judgement of my goals, Carolyn took me under her wing and assured me that I would achieve them. At first, I was a bit skeptical because she had me working out my arms and shoulders when I specifically wanted to target my stomach and glutes. I put my trust in her and followed her lead. She taught me the importance of having a well rounded workout regimen and sculpting each body part individually to feel good about my body in its entirety. I lacked a well rounded workout regimen, consistency, commitment, and discipline in which she helped me restore. Not only am I happy with the physique she has helped me work so hard to achieve, I am happy with my newfound confidence, mindset, inner and outer strength that I have gained from training with Carolyn. I returned from my vacay even hungrier for forward progression with the continued guidance from Carolyn. I have never had so much fun with someone who kicks my ass each time we meet. Constance is a very qualified Personal Trainer. She listens and watches carefully. She has pushed me to do things that I wished I could do....and then I did them with her guidance! Her knowledge of anatomy/physiology is commendable and I trust her to make good decisions for me and with me about my workouts and progress. She is also a really nice person with a strong work ethic and social conscience. I have been training with Constance for about a year and a half. I plan to continue.
Jesse is seriously one of the best trainers!! Not only did he help me achieve my fitness goals, he gave me the confidence I was lacking in the gym. After training with him I felt much more comfortable in the gym and trying new exercises and workouts. He made working out more enjoyable because he is so passionate about it. He is easy to talk to and very approachable with any questions I had. He listened to my needs and wants and trained me according to them. Because of him I got to where I am! Seriously amazing!
Amy was the first personal trainer I worked with in almost 20 years. I was looking for help to strengthen my core as well as overall muscle since, at 50, I had lost strength all over and didn't want to rely on one kind of routine. I've been a runner for years and the wear and tear on my knees and lower back haven't helped. Amy started me with simple stretches and core work that I could do at home as well. Weights increase slowly; I never left a training feeling too worn down, but rather energized. I eventually got stronger and more confident in doing things like pushups (which I always sucked at!). The best thing was the work I did with Amy helped heal a longtime ache I had in my leg since having my daughter 10 years ago. Amy is super cheerful, focused and full of conversation; every time I work with her, I leave thinking "time goes by so fast with her! I just worked out for an hour and didn't even feel like it was that long!" Highly recommend Amy!
