Distance and case. Depending on how far and what the issue is. Some issues that seem simple sometimes aren't always, and vise versa. I usually don't spend more than 2 hours, and usually only work with clients 1 maybe 2 times.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Rescues, companies, city of Los Angeles, celebrities, non-profit organizations, kin folk alike.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How committed am I? Am I willing to do what is asked of me? Am I being forced to reach out?
