- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I will personally make a phone call to introduce myself and Rock Solid Finish to a potential customer. I will ask various questions to get a good understanding of the work they want to be completed and the time frame for completion. In ideal circumstances, I will visit the potential customer to see the space and conduct various tests to ensure that I have the appropriate solutions available for conducting the service appropriately. Next, I will write the quote/estimate for the potential customer including scope of work, total price, and timing for the service. Lastly, I will call the customer the day before the service is to be completed to ensure we are both still available for the service appointment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have completed Hard Surface Cleaning and Restoration training through The Masters Touch. Effective 3/3/16, I am a certified installer of Microguard for hard surfaces. Delivering a 5 year warranty for commercial application, and lifetime for residential.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?I recognized the need for carpet cleaning and hard surface cleaning after visiting numerous hotels and restaurants with deplorable looking floors and nauseating restrooms. As a buyer of these services, I could not find anyone who did a great job or charged a reasonable price. I felt I could fill that void.
