Dwayne had always helped me with all my computer (and phone) needs. He is always prompt and courteous and goes above and beyond my expectations. I am usually a last minute person, and he has always been able to meet my deadlines and time-frame. There has never been a job too big or small for him to help with. Not only is he able to fix my computer remotely, but is always willing to travel if I need hands on support or training.

I came across Dwayne's services through my sister, and have used him multiple times. He is always knowledgeable about the issue at hand and can usually fix it in short order. If he can't fix it, he is always great at referring a solution, and it's usually far better than anticipated.
