We have 3 boys and 2 dogs and Francis always does a great job cleaning. She is trustworthy and very thorough. The best part is, she makes our house look and smell amazing!

Francis is the most professional home cleaning service I have ever had, including my past 20 years of this service. Every home cleaning service gets into their own "methodology" and requires over-sight and participation to ensure you get what you want. Francis however, is the friendliest, amiablest, astute yet, as she listens to what you want, fits it into her idea of the big picture and is willing to do any cleaning you request. She is always on schedule, builds flexibility into her week's schedule, and therefore is willing to make changes to fit her client's needs. Francis works hard and is not hesitant to get on her knees or ladders if the site requires that level of detailing.

Francis’ work quality is great. She is responsive to your needs and asks questions if she is not certain if something. The bonus is that her husband does my lawn and odd handyman jobs.
