I needed someone to clean up my front and back yards. So that I could start redoing my gardens for next spring. I called around to a few places. Dion responded the same day and was even able to come out and take a look around that same afternoon. He gave me a great estimate and was able to begin work the next morning. He was even 10 minutes early! Extremely friendly. Went the extra mile to make sure the sidewalk and the street infront of my house was cleaned of debris. He even trimmed a couple of dead branches from one of my trees. Dion was subperb!

Hope this review isn't too long. But I have to share. I had someone else doing my lawn for the last 4 months and I thought it was decent service. Until I saw a lawn that was done by Dionisio's Lawn Maintenance. I had to ask for a quote. I was given a very timely and thorough proposal. Dion gave me a lot of good information about my specific grass type and what could be done to make it look like a lawn I want to come home to. Clearly I had to go with him instead of my current now former lawn guy. I'm glad I made the switch. Since making the change the look of my lawn has changed for the better. Vibrant green and thick. Definitely satisfied. Going to have them do an aeration/overseed plus mulch service soon. Can't wait.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We edge bi-weekly. We charge $0.80 per linear foot to cleanup lawn edging. When a property has not been edged it takes a significant amount of time to create a truly professional looking finish.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to assess the size of each prospective customers property to determine whether our minimum charge is appropriate so that we can adjust pricing fairly.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Cheap does not always mean good. As always you get what you pay for. As I mentioned, my service can cost a little more, but you are going to be happy with our work.
