As a retired Marine, my body was in need of physical therapy and strength and conditioning. I was recommended to Therd by a close friend that has trained with him in San Diego, CA for triathlons and other endurance events. He came highly recommended. Therd has an impressive demeanor about him that makes him seemingly more mature beyond his years. Therd, also, has a sharp wit about him that he has brought to every training session. He is a highly skilled and educated professional that brings an arsenal of training methods, exercises, knowledge and experience that gets the results in a safe and fast manner. I trained with him for 5 years prior to his move to Portland, OR. And, till this day, I still do what I learned from him and I feel great everyday. Therd has been not only an exceptional fitness trainer to me, but has also been a excellent life coach to me. I would highly recommended Therd to anybody who is looking for results in personal fitness training and personal growth.

Therd is a highly skilled fitness professional who is focused to help you get your body stronger and better. He is very knowledgeable about the body mechanics and is able to explain why or what you're doing is a benefit or added value. He incorporates various types of exercises that challenges you in ways that you don't even know that it's happening, and in the end you'd accomplish something you didn't think you could ever do. He's a personable and thorough coach who will guide you through your journey. Overall, you'll be happy with the work that you put in and I coin the phrase: "Therd says..." because you'll learn what he's taught you and share the knowledge with others.

Therd was very pleasant, knowledgable, thorough. The assessment was very thorough, the best I have had. The report was very clear. Therd's instructions are clear and easy to follow. I've been training with Therd for over 3 years and he has helped me achieve all my goals and exceeded all my expectations. My workouts are tailored to me and each sessions are always different and challenging. I'm never bored and neither is my body and I think that is the secret to a great trainer.     the standard pricing system for In Session Fitness will vary based on prepaid sessions, single sessions, etc. Always best to sit and discuss what your options are as we are understanding of everyone's situation.

    Over the years, I've learned that the best process is starting to see if we, client and trainer(s), are a good fit for each other.
