I would advise any one who is planning any major landscaping installation project the nest steps. 1. Make sure whoever provide you with a bid to be properly licensed, bonded and insured this will provide you peace of mind knowing that this company takes business seriously. 2. Check with the Landscape Contractors Board or Construction Contractors Board for any complaints or sues against any of the contractors who are providing the bids. 3. Ask as many questions as you think are necessary and check for previously customers refines.
