We had the pleasure to work with Trevino Entertainment twice last year: our daughter's wedding and our company party. Both events were a tremendous success, in large part due to the fun environment created by this group. They kept the party alive and dancing! Carolyn was so helpful on our wedding day. I booked her for just the day of the event and boy was it worth it! I had two different sites for the ceremony and reception so I thought it would be helpful to have a coordinator on the day of the wedding. A month before the wedding, Carolyn and I met at my reception site and went over exactly how I wanted my reception arranged. She was full of great ideas that I had not even thought about. For example, she recommended several changes in the layout of the tables and where the cake was placed which made a lot more sense than what I had originally planned. Since I only booked her for the day of the wedding, we could only have one meeting before the wedding which made me a little nervous, but Carolyn is so organized one meeting was all we needed. She even dropped by the ceremony site (without me asking her to) just to check it out to make sure that everything was perfect on the day of my wedding. A few days before the wedding, she called and emailed all the vendors to make sure that everyone would arrive on time and that we would avoid any hiccups. The day of the wedding, Carolyn and her assistant had the whole reception arranged exactly how I wanted it. All of the decorations were in the exact spots we talked about, she created a timeline to keep the flow of the reception running smoothly, and she made sure that we always had a drink in our hand and something to eat. She also made sure that we stayed hydrated throughout the day. It was so great to have her help with the ceremony, she made sure that everyone had their bouquets and pinned on the groomsmenâs boutonnieres. I had a very large wedding party so it was really nice to have her there, I didnât have to worry about a thing! Carolyn also conducted the ceremony perfectly. The whole bridal party was prepared and walked down the aisle on time, including the little kids. She also made sure that I brought the marriage license to the ceremony so that everyone could sign it. Carolyn really took charge of the wedding so I was able to completely relax and enjoy the wonderful day. I highly recommend Carolyn if you are looking for a wedding coordinator, she is great!

J29 events was a lifesaver the month of my wedding! As someone planning my wedding in Portland (living in Seattle) their local experience was helpful. Their experience with weddings led to great recommendations for how to work with vendors, plan the full day and make vendor recommendations when needed. Nicole was wonderful on site, and she went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly; all the way down to moving her hours around to ensure my rental items were returned in great shape. I rated 4 not 5 only because in months leading to the wedding, I had to follow up on my sent emails a few times to get responses. Actual execution was flawless. Thank you!!

Jen is simply incredible. It's hard to describe in words how grateful I am to her for her enthusiasm, support, positive attitude, creativity, professionalism and genuine care for us and our vision for our wedding. Whenever I felt stuck, had a question or needed reassurance, Jen swooped in like Mary Poppins and seemed to have exactly the right solution. On the day of our wedding, Jen did an impeccable job of coordinating our vendors, our family and the bridal party. She stepped in beautifully when we found out one of the vendors had been rude to several of our guests (including the mothers of both the bride and groom) and ensured that the evening continued without incident and with nothing but a sunny, can-do attitude from the vendor in question. The day-of transitions went so smoothly that my husband and I were hardly aware they were happening. And all this after she had spent the previous few days ensuring that all of the decorations and logistics aligned perfectly with our vision, which came together into a masterpiece that far exceeded my expectations. It was literally perfect. Jen is not only a fabulous and experienced wedding coordinator and designer, she is a friend and the perfect partner in achieving a dream come true wedding. Jessica was our hero for my daughter's wedding. As with any event, there are unexpected issues arise, and Jessica handled them so well that the wedding party never knew they existed. She relieved so much stress from the day, we all just got to enjoy the moment(s). I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend Jessica for any event.
My wife should be writing this review, but I want to take a moment to tell you what a great job Lisa (my wife) and Soleil Bliss Event Productions did for us. We had been planning our wedding for about 13 months and from the very beginning my wife knew she wanted a planner. Liz drove from Vancouver, WA to Seattle to meet with us as purely a consultation. Our first impression of Liz was here is a woman who knows how a wedding should be done. Within five minutes we knew we had found our planner. As my wife's vision of the wedding changed over the 13 months Liz was there every step of the way to help with any problems or offer solutions on how to make her plans become reality. The amount of stress that Liz took off my wife's shoulders as our special day drew near was astounding. On the day of our wedding Liz was able to fix a major dress malfunction, whip out two corsages for my wife's mother and my mother, coordinate a less than accommodating venue staff in reference to their idea of decorating, and all this was done after she had stayed up until close to 2 AM to decorate our ceremony and reception areas. Liz took a great event, location, setting, and environment and transformed it into something completely phenomenal. Our expectations were so far exceeded that we could not believe what she had created was our wedding. Thank you so very much Liz. I can't urge anybody reading this enough to talk with Liz and let her plan and coordinate your wedding. You will not regret a single moment nor worry in the slightest that your event will be anything less than extraordinary.
Tarah was absolutely hands down the BEST planner I could have ever had. She's very organized, attentive to detail, and extremely professional. She met with us prior to the wedding and went over a complete lists of "to do's" so that we would be sure to not forget anything on the day of. I was completely clueless about the type of decorations or setting I wanted and asked her to just "make it beautiful." She had amazing ideas that were both simple and reasonable, making it a complete stress-free experience for me. When it came to the actual wedding day, she was on top of everything. Everything worked like clockwork and if anything happened that wasn't part of the plan, I didn't know about it. She was literally a text message away (even while taking care of setting everything up!) and was still able to take care of last minute family dramas. Even my vendors had only the best things to say about her! Absolutely wonderful experience!
