Emee and her team are amazing! They are professional, responsive, creative, and wedding life savers! The first thing on the wedding list was to find a coordinator and Emee was the first choice out of 4 interviews and countless reviews of other coordinators. She had a very calm and collected demeanor while also being enthusiastic and provided a lot of ideas that fit within our budget. Emee also acted as a mediator between the differing ideas my husband and I had, in a very compassionate way. We really wanted a coordinator that would take care of the craziness that can happen behind the scenes so that my husband and I, as well as our family members, wouldn't have to worry about it. Intuitively, I knew there were things that Emee was probably saving from fires that I didn't have to deal with, and that was a God send. She even moved twinkle lights from another area to cover a window and it became a very cute back drop. It was obvious that she has a lot of experiences with planning events and is able to think outside of the box and be quick in action. She really worked with our budget and helped to create something that was unique to us. A lot of the vendors we used were through her suggestions and those turned out fantastic as well. We are overwhelmed with joy at how amazing our wedding turned out and reflected us as a couple, and Emee and her team were key components to making that possible.

J29 events was a lifesaver the month of my wedding! As someone planning my wedding in Portland (living in Seattle) their local experience was helpful. Their experience with weddings led to great recommendations for how to work with vendors, plan the full day and make vendor recommendations when needed. Nicole was wonderful on site, and she went above and beyond to make sure the night went smoothly; all the way down to moving her hours around to ensure my rental items were returned in great shape. I rated 4 not 5 only because in months leading to the wedding, I had to follow up on my sent emails a few times to get responses. Actual execution was flawless. Thank you!!

Reverend Myles performed our wedding ceremony for us. He was easy to talk to and made himself available to us when we needed him. He took care of dropping off the marriage license and his wife did beautiful calligraphy on our marriage certificate, which he also provided. He stumbled a little bit with the ceremony words, but there were a lot of words and we had written them so I am sure it was a challenge! We are very happy we chose Myles to officiate our ceremony.

OUTSTANDING! That is the word that comes to mind when i think of Tammys work. We hired Tammy as a day of coordinator however, Tammy was working since the day we hired her. She would always check in with us just to make sure we were doing ok and she assisted with anything that we needed help with. She Helped us find a baker for our wedding cake and she went above and beyond making sure we had containers to pack the cake in. The day of the wedding we did not worry about one thing because Tammy handled everything. If there were any issues we did not know about them. We were running behind schedule the day of the wedding and Tammy made me feel more at ease when i started worrying. I truly can't thank Tammy enough for all of her help. My husband and I are glad we decided to go with Tammy as day of coordinator for our wedding we know that we would not have been able to enjoy our day without her help.

Jen is simply incredible. It's hard to describe in words how grateful I am to her for her enthusiasm, support, positive attitude, creativity, professionalism and genuine care for us and our vision for our wedding. Whenever I felt stuck, had a question or needed reassurance, Jen swooped in like Mary Poppins and seemed to have exactly the right solution. On the day of our wedding, Jen did an impeccable job of coordinating our vendors, our family and the bridal party. She stepped in beautifully when we found out one of the vendors had been rude to several of our guests (including the mothers of both the bride and groom) and ensured that the evening continued without incident and with nothing but a sunny, can-do attitude from the vendor in question. The day-of transitions went so smoothly that my husband and I were hardly aware they were happening. And all this after she had spent the previous few days ensuring that all of the decorations and logistics aligned perfectly with our vision, which came together into a masterpiece that far exceeded my expectations. It was literally perfect. Jen is not only a fabulous and experienced wedding coordinator and designer, she is a friend and the perfect partner in achieving a dream come true wedding.
