FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to keep pricing affordable and competitive, especially for local businesses, small teams, and organizations that may not have large training budgets. Approximate pricing: * Small groups: typically around $50–$85 per person depending on the course * Larger group onsite training: discounted group rates available * Travel within the Eugene–Springfield area is usually included Pricing depends on: * Group size * CPR only vs CPR + First Aid * Training location * Number of certification cards needed My goal is to provide professional, high-quality training at a fair price while keeping onsite certification convenient and accessible for local businesses, warehouses, daycares, schools, and community organizations.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer reaches out, I first gather a few details such as the type of training needed, group size, preferred dates, and your location. From there, I’ll provide pricing, course options, and available scheduling times. Once booked, I handle the setup and bring the necessary training equipment directly to your location for onsite instruction. Training is designed to be hands-on, practical, and easy to follow while still meeting certification requirements. After successful completion of the course, participants receive their American Red Cross digital certification cards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My training and experience include: * Emergency medical response * CPR/AED instruction * First Aid training * Workplace emergency preparedness * Patient assessment and emergency care * OSHA-conscious safety response practices I bring real-world EMS experience into every class to help make training practical, engaging, and confidence-building rather than just textbook-based.
