- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Lessons are $25 per hour. A $100 pre-pay will get you 5 lessons. No obligation to sign up for and length of time, though weekly lessons are recommended for beginning students for better progress.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I work very individually with each student depending on their needs and their potential. The free intro lesson is a good time to discover what the student is looking for and whether I am the right teacher for them. I have been teaching since 1987 and have worked with over 400 students from age 6 to 78! It is never too late to learn.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 43 years of experience on guitar; 40 years experience as a recording engineer; have played in many bands over the decades and I am very good at relating with people of all ages and backgrounds. I love my work and it shows, and helps inspire students to approach music with a sense of joy and excitement.
