FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We speak with each new client over the phone to review their project and budget and together come up with a plan to assist them. Then we tailor our services to best meet their needs and align with their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During the initial phone conversation we review their project, goals and budget and how best to work together. Then we visit their home or commercial space for the initial on site meeting. This meeting usually takes 1-3 hours and is a productive meeting to review our clients existing space and their goals for change. We take necessary measurements and accomplish anything additional that is necessary to accomplish at that time. Once we have that meeting we have a game plan and we work with our clients and start moving forward.
