- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to base my pricing off of the basic packages that I list on my website. However if I can help provide something more specific to your needs I'm often willing to work with people.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I also work as an engineer designing products which contain digital imaging sensors. I'm one of the most technically knowledgeable photographers in the area. However its also important to understand how to read and work with light and for that there really is nothing better than getting out and keeping busy trying new themes and ideas. I try to keep myself always trying new things and learning as I go along!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask others that they have shot for how professionally the handle themselves. Do they show up on time? How quickly can they return photos? Will the photos that they receive have watermarks or other names on them? How do I order prints? How much do prints cost? Can you provide albums? Do you have lay flat albums? Are your prints archival grade?
