FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my prices on a per-job basis. Never will I upcharge on a piece of hardware, purchased for a customer, that's needed for a project. I don't think it's fair to buy something on Amazon for a client and then throw a 150-200% markup on it. That's simply not how I do business. All of the costs are discussed prior to work performed and only in some cases, do I ask for payment (for parts) before the job is finished.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is figuring out what my clients needs are, discussing when they want to get started and making sure they are comfortable with the price. There won't ever be any hidden surprises or inflated markups on products at the end of a job. I promise that.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am 100% self-taught. Experience is key. Actually having hands-on, real-world experience. I am good at my job because I am dedicated to finding the solution for you. There's a very high chance that whatever problem you're facing, I've already dealt with and have an answer for you.
