Mary-Anne is everything I was looking for in a personal trainer. Hired to help me recover from injury and build core strength, she is careful not to push me too far, but always looking and finding good challenges for me to tackle. On top of being professional, knowledgeable and practiced in Yoga and Pilates, she is passionate about what she does and, in my experience, cares about the people she helps. Simply put: She is a wonderful teacher, motivator and coach.

    I've had the pleasure of working with Madison in Los Angeles, I've taken group and private sessions with her. In group, she gracefully commands the class. In private, she addresses my special needs. I am a big advocate of classical pilates. Maddie is above and beyond your average pilates instructor with her experience, talent, creativity and knowledge. I highly recommend Madison Moves.

      Elizabeth is an outstanding Pilates instructor. I started working with Elizabeth over a year ago and since then my flexibility and posture have improved. My ability to perform other exercises (like running) has improved tremendously because I am getting stronger due to Elizabeth's Pilates instruction. In every session I have had with her (which is a lot!) she is very encouraging and attentive to what my body needs. Pilates is a wonderful exercise and Elizabeth is the best instructor to guide anyone through it!

        Alicia comes to our house early in the morning to teach us pilates. She is cheerful, yet tough...the perfect combination for motivating us to reach our goals. She even put together some exercises we can do (with photos included) on the days she isn't there to coach us. I highly recommend her. She knows her stuff!
