Introduction: My name is Jess, and I am a 27 year old mama of 2 incredible boys, 3 furboys, 7 goats, a loving wife of 6 years, and a passionate business owner.
I started photography roughly 5 years ago. At first I just wanted to do it to make a few extra bucks, and to be able to stay home with my baby for the majority of the time, but that little side gig, has turned into a business, A business that I never though would turn into THIS. I feel so incredibly blessed & grateful to be able to pursue my passion as my life career.
I photograph everything from engagement, weddings, maternity, birth, newborns, cake smashes, birthdays, events, seniors, boudoir, couples boudoir, you name it, I'll be there.
I am an outdoor photographer, as well as studio. For those not so nice days, or for when you want an indoor feel, I have just the spot.
I also love loooove going to clients' homes to photograph, otherwise known as "lifestyle". Lifestyle sessions have my heart, something about the "real life" feel.

There is something about the ocean, I am completely and dumbfoundedly obsessed...
The raw power, the beauty, the smell, the feel of the salty air on my skin. It’s home. I find it odd being from Nevada, but the ocean is in my heart and my soul. My goal is to shoot at every ocean on earth. Big goal, but anything is possible, right? Traveling is in my heart, and one day I plan to be able to travel the world, and become an elopement and travel photographer. My goal in life is to be able to use my passion to my advantage, and to become a successful and well known photographer to many.
My camera is a part of me, I take it everywhere I go. My husband always rolls his eyes at me when he sees me bringing my camera bag to the car when we're doing something as lame as going on a Costco run, but, you capture the best moments when you least expect to. Right?
I love the raw, deep, fulfilling, "real life" moments. I love real emotions, and real actions. I don't believe in posing, but prompting, getting the real moments on camera rather than a scripted pose.
I'm real, I'm fun, I'm hilarious, I show emotion during appropriate and inappropriate times, I'm a goof, and I'm personable. I like to have fun during my job, and I love it when my clients are that way as well. I personally believe that we as professionals don't "click" with everyone, and that's okay! Not everyone meshes together perfectly, not everyone has the same vision, as I do, and there are very few and far between that have the same personality that I do. Because of those things, I love to sit down and talk to and really get to know my clients before jumping into something as big as me photographing their wedding day.
I believe that we only live once (well duh) but I also believe, that during this life, we should try our best to be kind, humble, loving, adventurous, hospitable, and free spirited as we can be. Live our BEST life, because, well, we only have ONE; well, unless you believe in something else, and if that's you, go for it. As somebody that has had a heart attack as young as 19 years old, I have learned a lot about life, mainly about risks. My whole life, I have been a "safe" person. I've never really been one to get out there and adventure, and take chances, I've always been too scared of the world, too scared to really, truly live. That is my main goal in life. I don't want to be scared, I don't want to be the "safe" "boring" person that I always was, because there's a big difference between "safe" and "smart". My biggest obstacle in life has been trying not to be a "helicopter mom", to try and let my kids learn lessons, rather than wrapping them in a plastic bubble their entire childhood. We will never fully live, unless we truly feel, and understand LIFE. That's what I want more for myself as well. I want to travel, I want to smell, and taste, and breath in each country differently, and really "feel" that I'm living my life to it's fullest capability.
Okay, I'm starting to get a bit too deep, and personal. Let's get back on topic;
