I got a wonderful back massage from Karen the other day. She pointed out exactly where I was tense and massaged it out. Not only did she take away any immediate soreness or pain, she taught me how to prevent it in the future! It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend Karen if you're feeling sore!

Ms. Suggs is an exceptional massage therapist. Her knowledge of the human anatomy and its problems (potential and immediate) are so helpful. She has helped me alleviate and prevent future pain.

Karen is a excellent Body therapist. she has better understanding of the muscles and how they work then most therapist this allows her to cater to the specific muscles involved in a n injury. She also has a unique way of getting into the layers of the muscle strands and the different muscles, this allows for a more thorough treatment and extended pain relief. J Brown GP , OR

FAQs

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Yes, regularly. This year I took three classes at RCC. A CPR class, Reiki 1, and a deep tissue class.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

I went to nursing school for one and a half years and decided that I wanted more 'hands on', individualized time and care with people. I chose massage as it was still in the health care field, where I knew I wanted to be, yet it was quiet and possessed natural healing benefits.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Congratulations! I encourage everyone to invest in massage as part of their wellness maintenance plan.
