I needed someone to help me with payroll and I found Jan to be very patient in helping me understand how it worked. The cost was more than I expected but cheaper than some other providers. So far everything has gone well. All the tax payments have been made when they needed to be and the payroll has run smoothly. She also did a bookkeeping tune-up for me and that was a good experience as well. Each time I learn something new.

Considering how Connie was asked by the Archdiocese to work in a situation where first there was little or no direction by the parish administration & then when there was it was thru a committee of people including the pastor , she did an incredible job balancing all the requests for information & label changing. Without her help in exposing the budgetary crisis the parish was in in 2009 the parish might not have survived. With her help we revamped all our money counting procedures for both parishes, & she's been invaluable in helping plan budgets & shared expenses. The budget worksheet she prepared for the finance council is a luxury I have not seen in other parishes to date. Also considering she was not the parish administrator & the parish cannot afford an administrator she filled many financial admin gaps without overstepping her bounds . Connie is succinct & direct & respectful of all involved & I will truly miss working with her & will miss many upbeat interactions with her & the rest of my staff.
Cher came to work for us when our prior book keeper found a new full time position just before the end of the year. We still had all of the end of year reporting to get done and of course file end of year taxes, Payroll reports, etc. She started immediately and her knowledge and experience made completing all of those tasks relatively easy. She was able to learn the basics of our business quickly. Cher is more familiar with QuickBooks online than the desk top version we use. We were unwilling to change at this time so she had to come to our office. As in all other things she was very willing to accommodate us. Cher is flexible and organized but also takes ownership of getting the job done correctly and on time. I am very happy with her work and pleased to recommend her to new clients.
