- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $30 per maid hour.. we work in teams of two so it is $60.00 for a two maid crew per hour.. we do have a two hour minimum as well at any job site so if we finish before two hours we will find other things to do or clean to fill that time up. We don’t charge extra for interior or even exterior window cleaning, just our hourly rate. That’s for locations with 25 or less windows. For any new customers starting a recurring cleaning service (commercial or residential) starting now up to 12/31/2020 will receive our discounted rate, ask us about the rates and details.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set a time to meet for a estimate (free estimates) and then spend that time getting to know the potential customer, there needs, preferences and what all they’d like done each visit. We take notes during this meeting and then if accepted we set a day and time during the week or weekend for the routine cleaning. Some customers give us keys and we clean after business Hours so they never see us.. some Customers leave a key under the front door mat and some customers are home every time we clean. It all depends. Once that is done we just stick to the schedule set in place and do our best work in and every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well we went to school for different trades but because of certain personality traits we excel In cleaning work.. like being very organized and having the desire to always see things orderly and clean.. also being great with communication and following a set schedule daily.
