FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I find that most jobs require me to look at in order for me to give a proper quote. I believe that I am very fair on price and extremely tedious about my finish. I also don’t change price. My quotes are solid. Unless there is something in the contract because we have an unforeseen situation, they stand. Even if it means I lose money. That’s not the clients issue, it’s mine for not making allowances for this situations ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A meet and greet to look at the project and get to know the client is best. I believe chemistry is important when someone is inviting you into their home, and life. They must be able to trust you with their home, and believe you have the ability and knowledge to properly do the work needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in construction for many years. Although most of my experience comes with OJT and personal hands on, I have also been blessed with several Master’s of different trades to learn from as well.
