After receiving a few other bids for our project it was an easy decision to go with Modern Blueprint. We were wanting to remove all carpet upstairs and replace with the laminate wood floors we have downstairs, new carpet on the stairs and new flooring in two bathrooms and our laundry room. A big project and we were nervous to start the process. Not only was Ben professional and knowledgeable, he was so nice about my back and forth with floor decisions. It took me a while to decide which floors I wanted and Ben was super helpful and patient with me the whole time. I was grateful to work with him and never felt pressured to hurry with a decision. The project started and my husband and I were very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of the workers. I felt total trust in leaving my home to them to get the work done. I would receive updates when they were finished with the day which was very comforting (my family was able to stay somewhere else for the duration of the project) The floors were finished on schedule and we couldn’t be happier! Joel and Ben made a special effort to come check everything out (on a Sunday!) to make sure we were 100% happy. Family members have already reached out to Modern Blueprint for their home projects and I can’t say enough good things about them.

We were extremely pleased with all aspects of having our floors installed by Modern Blue Print. Ben was so kind and easy to work. The installing crew were kind, quite, respectful , on time ,and highly skilled. The floor looks amazing and we couldn’t be happier! We have multiple rentals and Plan to use Modern Blue Print for all our future flooring needs. You cannot go wrong with this company!

The guys at Modern Blueprint did a phenomenal job on our house. We did a full 3 story flooring renovation WHILE living at home. The project involving grinding tile off of foundation, ripping up carpet, ripping up sub flooring, stair cases, closets, and lots of weird angles. We had them put down LVT they contracted through CFM (Pacific Mat, Borealis plank, Cabana color) as well as rip out all the trim through entire house including doors and windows to replace with MDF for a more modern aesthetic. While supply chain through a wrench in timing, they were flexible, efficient, pleasant to work with. Materials were delayed, altering planned staging of project, but the guys were able to keep it moving forward and help shuffle around the house to get it done as efficiently as possible and accommodate our living here through the project. They were great with our big dogs. Overall we came in over planned budget but it was worth it and the house feels incredible. Highly recommend.

Modern Blueprint did a great job on replacing our carpet on a challenging floor with engineered hardwood. Everyone was professional and nice to work with. They took time to make sure we were happy with our new floor. It looks beautiful!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is extremely competitive. We’ve personally tested our pricing model against a lot of the big name flooring companies for product and installation. Bc of this we don’t offer discounts, our every day price is very competitive. Be sure when getting multiple quotes to compare “like” products as some quotes may be lower bc of an inferior product.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process includes a call, video chat or in-person consultation to understand the needs of the customer and the scope of the project. From there we get deeper into the products, showing samples that we can bring on site or show during a video chat. From there we move to scheduling the install, taking deposit, and ordering the product (if needed). Personal cell phone numbers are given to our customers to reach us 7 days a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Besides the basic training administered by the state to become a licensed contractor, 10+ years of learning the tricks of the trade.
