I highly recommend Oregon NW Home Inspection without reservation. We recently contracted with them to do a fast turnaround inspection because we had a 7 day window. We choose to include a radon test, mold, rodent, and sewer video. They were prompt, efficient, and complete. Their experience inspecting similar aged houses in Portland is very apparent. I regret I did not video Nick's inspection summary discussion which was a very reassuring personal touch giving us confidence to proceed with the purchase as well as knowing some areas to address immediately, monitor, and fix in the future.Edit: The follow up and responsive actions via email after all is paid is very fast. I feel this company is a part of your team and your advocate within the process of (in this case) home purchasing. Well done!

Ryan Burlingame from Oregon NW Home Inspectors did a fantastic job inspecting the condo we were in the process of buying. He was very thorough pointing out areas that were most problematic to areas that should be corrected but were so small one could potentially do it themselves. He explained the why's of each issue and the potential who's (as in who may be responsible).
