We started working with Luis in 2024. We need to replace a large portion of siding -- Luis was one of two contractors that worked on the project. He was very responsive and worked hard on our siding project.

We went to sell our house and found that the siding that had been replaced by the other contractor did not have any flashing behind it! Our deal was almost lost, but Luis was able to come out and correct the work of the other contractor on 1 day notice. We are incredibly thankful for the work he did.

Luis' communication and receptiveness is great. He is quick to respond to texts and calls. He provided a clear invoice and did the work in a timely manner.

Luis has helped me on a number of home projects. I contacted him because I needed some general maintenance on my 73 year old home. Jobs included repairing damaged corners of drywall, installing cabinet doors, and installing light fixtures.
He responded quickly, showed up exactly when he said he would, and was very clear about what work he would do and what it would cost.
I'm a widow, and my husband was the one who did these projects in the past, so it was reassuring that I felt Luis was very honest about what needed to be done and what the cost would be.
Additionally, he did a walk-around my house and pointed out issues that may need to be addressed in the future, and also a leaky window jamb that needed to be fixed very soon to avoid water damage.
Not only was Luis professional, I found him to be very kind - which goes a long way with me.
I would happily recommend Luis to anyone, and will definitely continue to call on him for future projects.

Louis showed up on time! and got right to work taping off the hardwood floors & furniture. Then he added padded rugs. One of his crew arrived shortly thereafter to do the cut work, taping off the baseboards 1st. Louis, a big, tall man, kept a brisk steady pace. They completed a 1st coat, took a lunch break, and soon returned to do a 2nd coat. When we ran out of paint, I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while I got paint. Louis demonstrates integrity & professionalism. He is easy to work with. I’m already thinking of more projects with him & his crew. Laura
