- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Some prices are flat-rate other's are hourly. Really depends on the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First I like to talk to the customer and get all the information I can. Wants/Needs/Dreams... If I totally understand what's needed over the phone, there is no need for a walk-through. If it is a larger project I usually like to walk the job to see for myself what it would take to get it done right the first time. Then I go back and write up an estimate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?15yrs of on-the-job experience. Fresh out of high school I have been in the industry. I have rolled with all of the changes in technology over the years and have adapted my skills to work with it all.
