Introduction: The greatest compliment I receive is when a guest comes up to me at the end of a ceremony, and asks me how long I’ve known them. Then they’re shocked when I tell them I’ve only known the happy couple for a few months. That’s when I’ve done my job right. One thing that allows me to stand out above the rest is attention to detail. When I work with a couple, I have them get to know me, and I take the time to get to know them. That way, their ceremony doesn’t just have a feeling of someone reading off a script. Their ceremony is all about them, and their story as a couple. I am careful to make sure every aspect of the wedding ceremony is exactly what the bride & groom want. This is why I say: “Ceremonies as unique as you.” I’m looking for couples who want to create a truly authentic ceremony. One they’ll be well-pleased with and their guests will absolutely enjoy. I love helping two people achieve their dream of marrying their soulmate. Being involved in such a wonderful event is a complete honor to me. No matter how many ceremonies I do, every one of them means something to me. I understand that couples have a variety of choices, and when they choose me... wow!

We can't say enough wonderful things about Ernie! We were so lucky he was able to fit us in with his high demand and busy schedule! From communication before the wedding, to the actual ceremony his professional went above and beyond. He made our wedding complete and perfect! Many of our guests complimented how great and professional he was. They couldn't believe we could find someone like that with such short notice, neither could we! Thank you Ernie for everything! I cannot express how much our guests enjoyed our ceremony. Everyone said our ceremony was beautiful, sweet, and "definitely (us)." Thank you for the delightful ceremony, for being so personable and easygoing, and for the great selections/sentiments you chose for us. I felt the ceremony was the perfect length- long enough to take it all in, to reflect, to connect with my sweetheart, and not so long that my back injury got angry. ... ... Ernie had great communication with us and took time to get to know us and learn our preferences for our ceremony. He was a pleasure to work with. He was respectful of our wishes and offered options that we hadn't thought of. On wedding day, he looked great/was well groomed and appropriately dressed. He was early (!) to our venue and had a great sense of humor when I ran from the front to grab the flowers I forgot on a table!

Ernie officiated our wedding last week. Many guests commented on how beautiful and unique the ceremony was. He made everyone laugh and the ceremony was very unique to us. It was exactly what we wanted! We appreciated our appointment with him to get to know each other and left feeling like we were in good hands. He kept in good contact with us through the process and offered to help with anything we needed. Truly it was such a beautiful ceremony and I couldn’t imagine anyone doing a better job.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
I loved doing my boss' ceremony. Her & her fiancé had an issue with a wedding officiant & were in a jam. She sought me out at my work & asked me if I could help (wedding was in less than 2 weeks). I took them both out for coffee, made sure everything they wanted in their ceremony & then told them to relax, I would take care of them. We had such a blast & they were grateful it worked out the way it did. I made that part of the wedding planning easy for them.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure you have the ceremony you want. After all, it's your memory you're creating. Too many times I've seen people settle for less or do the ceremony somebody else forces on them. Make sure your officiant asks lots of questions.
