- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our clients are never charged for meeting with us, the only time the client is expected to pay is when they choose to invest in securities or they purchase any insurance protection.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our process consists of speaking with a client to determine if we would be a good fit for each other. If it makes sense for us to work together the client will sit down with us again in order to give us their personal, professional, and financial goals. It is our team's job to build them a road map on how to reach those goals in the timeline they desire.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every member of our team has a bachelors in business with an emphasis in finance. We also have passed several state exams making us eligible to broker securities and insurance.
