Introduction: Our first Stott Pilates session will include a full-body postural analysis, where I check the position of your bones and go through your medical history with you. I take my time and answer any questions you may have, and create a plan that takes into account your goals, and any injuries or issues that come up during assessment. I will introduce the 5 basic Stott Pilates principles. My clients tell me they love my enthusiasm and knowledge! I absolutely love seeing my clients' transformations, and hearing how they have reduced pain and gained back functional movement.
