What do you enjoy about the work you do?

    I will recommend PropM to anyone wishing to lease their home.
    The agent/owner of PropM arrived early to the meeting at my home, and was so knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful I was comfortable with her, Michelle Wrege, right away. Any questions were addressed, the photo shoot was beautiful and she showed and locked in tenants within the week. I hope to be with PropM for years.

    We have just moved out of a home managed by PropM. Michelle was our go to person for everything. She was always responsive to our needs until the last day of our move. When they say 24 hours they mean it or less. Typically it was always a few hours and you will receive an email or a call. Repairs fixed. All is well! We really tried to stay with them as we didn't want to try another management company. We are so sad to leave PropM as they treated us like family. We would highly recommend them to all of our friends and love ones. The online partial is so awesome as well.

Yes, we are always researching and studying. Many of these secrets we do not share.

We offer a flat fee, very simple approach. You will love it, there are no surprises.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I own several properties and was not happy with property management companies and how they charged, how they conducted business, etc. We built a better company, thanks to the other company's.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We give our clients absolutely the best that is to be offered. We take professional photos and video (at our cost), we write great ads and bottom line, deliver results.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We signed a new property and rented it the same day for exactly what the owner wanted. It's rare, but nice to see it happen.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's really important to have your house in really good shape. It's so much easier to fix the problems before we rent it. Tenants are happier, versus disrupting them with fixes and intrusions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's tougher than you think. After 20+ years experience, you truly do become a professional. I have our own company manage all my property's and it makes life much easier.
