- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I always study my craft and try out what I learn. Some of this comes in the form of books, others in trade magazines or YouTube videos. I encourage my students to do the same.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Customers should ask about who the instructors trained under, and if they have experience as a professional musician outside of teaching. A student should be trained in stage technique as well as learning their instrument or vocal technique. A teacher is not likely able to teach what the have not put into practice.
