Bridge city was amazing. They responded to all the questions I may have had in a very non demeaning way making me feel like my requests was valued. The quality of work and timeliness was right on the money. They not only completed the job I had asked them to do but they also repaired and redid some work that I had done prior by someone else And was not happy with. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our goal is to provide a fair price, exceptional quality, and attentive service. We provide free estimates and have no service fees of any kind including change orders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We start by chatting with you about your existing space. What do you like what do you not like. From there we discuss your vision and goals for the project. Next we schedule a time that is convenient for you to come out, meet in person, and get some measurements and photos of the existing space. This includes a 3D floor plan and 360º photos of the space. We will use that information to create a detailed custom proposal based on our conversations and site visit. Once the proposal is complete (usually 1-3 business days) we will review it together. I will answer any questions you have and make any modifications needed. If you decide to parter with us on your project we will collect a deposit and schedule a date for construction to begin. Before we start construction activities we will ensure that all or your materials are selected so we can get in and out as quickly as possible so you can start enjoying your new space! During construction you will have daily communication from our project manager. After the work complete we will walk through the project with you to ensure you are satisfied with everything that has been done. Lastly we have a professional cleaner come in to make your new space sparkle!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We have over 10 years combined experience in project management. Including multiple remodel and custom home building projects. We are licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Oregon and are certified to work on homes with lead based paint.
