- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are set and based on the various certificates, licenses, and experience I hold. Also on my quality of work and over customer experience.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication. I like to pride myself in communication. I get a clear understanding of customer needs, then work out an estimate, and walk the customer through the process and estimated timeline.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have contractor licenses in Oregon and Washington and desire to acquire more licenses and certifications, stay tuned.
