Our living room Carpet has been in need of cleaning for quite some time and we finally decided to have somebody come out. We signed up for the Thumbtack app and put in our request for work this morning, and got a response from Steve at Ames Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning within 2 minutes! He was very polite and professional! Steve let us know what he was going to be doing and even showed us how well his equipment was cleaning our carpet while in progress. I was more than impressed with Beaverton House Cleaning. The price I was quoted was far below that of other House Cleaning Services and the work was excellent. I was moving into a house which was left very dirty. It was not until talking to them on the phone did I realize the cleaning service included cleaning all of the blinds. They honored the original quote even after arriving and seeing we had a significant amount of windows in our home. Great value.

She and her helper arrived on time and stayed until the whole house was clean and did a great job cleaning everything while having to work around the chaos of a move out still in progress. Superior cleaners bailed me out. After having another cleaner from this site notify me two hours prior to our agreed upon meeting time, for my moveout cleaning. This group was able to get me a cleaner the next day and the quality was excellent. The job was done in the less than the agreed upon amount of time without a reduction of any of the quality. The only criticism was the cleaner was about 45 minuets late. The cleaner messaged me 15 minuets prior to our 10 am meeting time letting me she was leaning the Beaverton area on route to my NE apartment. Showing up on time or within a reasonable time to the agreed upon time would have given them a 5 Star. If however since they moved mountains and did good work, I was comfortable with a 4.
