Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: If you are feeling overwhelmed by life, and your behaviors are interfering with your personal relationships and goals, I can help. I specialize in co-occurring disorders that include chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I have helped combat veterans, enabling them to receive veterans' disability benefits. I have helped recovering persons reduce their relapse potential under stressful circumstances. My treatment approach is mindfulness cognitive behavioral and rational emotive behavioral therapy. I work with adults, elders, and adolescents over the age of 14. I believe that successful therapy is contingent upon three factors: one-third is the therapeutic relationship between the person seeking help and the therapist, one-third is the strengths and resiliency the client brings to the table, and the final third is the changing life circumstances and situations. I would like to help you make those adjustments necessary to cope with your problems and achieve your goals.

Robert Springer is a very thoughtful and understanding person to talk to and whom I can always count on for honest sound advice. He is able to listen and see things from a different perspective than my own and is able to show me different ways of seeing, and handling life's events in a more positive and effective way. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone looking for a clinical therapist :-)

FAQs

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I provide Individual, family, and group therapy for persons wanting to make positive changes in their behaviors and emotional responses. I help recovering persons reduce their relapse risks through mindfulness based cognitive behavioral therapy. I also help combat veterans receive veterans benefits for PTSD as a result of their military service.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are three factors that contribute to a successful therapeutic experience. The first is the relationship between the person seeking help and the therapist. The second is the strengths and resiliency the individual seeking help brings to the encounter. The third is changing situations and circumstances. Shop for your therapist and make sure it feels like a good match.
