Mari has been tutoring my kids for some months and always comes on time, prepared, and motivated. She plans the lessons with their differing abilities in mind, and keeps the learning engaging. It's working well for us.

Dr. Avellaneda was one of the most inspiring and passionate teachers I have had the pleasure to learn from, thus far in my academic career. He challenged me to think outside of the box and to not passively conform to the many social and political conventions that pervasively affect our lives. Like most other timid teenagers who possess a "know it all" attitude, what I learned from Dr. Avellaneda intimidated me at first. Now, I understand just how valuable his lessons were, even if I don't remember how to conjugate every verb in the subjunctivo.

I've been taking lessons from Kristin for a year now and it's been a great experience. She is patient and encouraging. As a beginner who has never taken any music training, I appreciate the various teaching methods she uses, and that I am learning the fundamentals, and not just to play songs. She has also been flexible when I had personal and work commitments to change my schedule so that I could continue lessons.

Dr. Judkins is an excellent teacher. Only after a few lessons with him, my son had a significant improvement in ACT reading, from 19 questions wrong to 2 questions wrong in official practice tests. We are looking forward to seeing other big improvements in his future college level lessons with Dr. Judkins.

She is professional and good teacher. she taught me English flexibly so I could learn the topics I wanted to learn in each lesson. I learned pronunciation, grammar and vocabularies by using some articles and topics which I am interested in. I especially wanted to learn business English, so she proofread my resume and cover letter, and also practiced for job interviews. This experience was valuable for me.

I really enjoyed studying English with Sylvia. She has a great personality and good teaching style. She always prepares new materials for every lesson, which must be tough. Thanks to her, I want to learn English more and more. Sometimes Sylvia and I have a big laugh during the lesson. Fun times go by so quickly!

Elissa is excellent with my 14-year-old granddaughter who had become discouraged with her online high school French class. Elissa is encouraging, tells interesting stories, is very attentive, is firm and helps move along with the lessons. I see the excitement in my granddaughter, she looks forward to going to the tutoring sessions.

Julie has been helping me relearn my french over the past few months. I immediately felt at ease with her kind but very effective teaching style. Julie is an excellent teacher and is always very encouraging. I have learned more with Julie alone than I did in my years of high school courses.

I am Robert Reiss, a current 8th grade student taking Russian tutoring lessons with Elena Gregerson, and have been taking lessons since the 6th grade. Before that, she was my 5th grade teacher, at Clinton Kelly Elementary School. For the three years that I have been taking Russian tutoring lessons with her, I have made much progress in several areas I was struggling in such as grammatics, pronunciation and spelling. Every time we have a lesson, she always has a plan or goal about what we are going to work on, and we always accomplish what we plan.

Great style of teaching, engaging the whole group of 3, at a pace where everyone kept up. Sara made the hour fun and taught us enough to get excited but not overwhelmed for our first lesson. She definitely catered the lesson to our needs. Thank you!

We were thrilled with our results. Kendra showed thorough and extensive understanding of our young son's stuttering speech and cognitive impairments. She correctly diagnosed him, then patiently and effectively worked with his high energy and easily distracted personality. This was especially impressive as his therapy sessions were done using online web cameras. In addition, Kendra coached us as parents to know how to work with our son at home to increase the benefits of his therapy. Now that our son no longer needs therapy, this coaching has helped us continue to strengthen his communications skills even more. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
