I had Brandon come out and evaluate my needs. Needed a leak fixed (pipe replacement) and a toilet water inlet valve replaced. It seemed like his boss was in communication the whole time (almost like he wasn't trusted to do the work). He went out to his truck for about 15 minutes, came back in with a price that really seemed high for a 1.5 hour job. Almost $1200). I didn't have time to do it myself at the moment so I told him let's get it done. I put down half and it was agreed between him and his boys he would return the next day (in the early morning 8ish) to do the work it was getting close to noon and still nothing. I called and found out I want even on the schedule. Needless to say I canceled the work and did it myself for under $100. Then it took awhile to get my down payment back.

Getting them out here was a struggle due to scheduling conflicts on their end several times. They did offer a discount to make it right. Although we werent able to do business due to unforeseen circumstances. I can attest that Joe Rager, the tech that came out - was extremely professional, informative and polite. Alex was also helpful during the process of getting pilot out to the house. Thank you for what you could do.
