Latest Review: Dahn is a great trainer. Very energetic, positive and a super motivator. What I think was the best feature, however, is that Dahn is very aware of how to avoid ANY KIND of injury. Oh sure, I was sore after a couple of workouts, but it was a good sore that comes from working hard. I had no joint pain or or soreness from a bad move. Dahan really watches out for that issue. Overall, I'd definitely seek Dahn out as a trainer or instructor.
