I'm disappointed with the service we received. The tech came out, assessed the unit, tried resetting it, and then bled the lines, which got it working again. Service was restored for a couple weeks but went out again. We were able to get it going by bleeding the lines again because the tech warned us that might happen. However, it was required almost daily, which seemed excessive. I called Morrison to see if they would be willing to come back out and was told that I would have to pay for the services again. It seems that so little time had passed that it would only be fair to come back out and see what the issue was that got overlooked, since I had already spent $250 on the repair. I was told that they "might" be able to waive the diagnostic fee, but I can't afford another $250 for a partial fix or $150 visit to learn that I just need to buy a new unit. My work around is using space heaters and not staying very warm this winter. Kind of a bummer.Dec 14, 2018VerifiedMorrison Heating & Cooling's reply
I am so sorry you felt we didn't address the issue at hand the first time. I believe there could have been a misunderstanding. We warranty all of our workmanship and would definitely not charge you for a return diagnostic trip charge to address your issue. We are here to help. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing comes with a 2 year labor warranty on new equipment installs and also a lifetime workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do site visits to find out the customers needs, create an estimate, begin the job packet process, scheduling/ordering equipment, installation day and then we process all the registration/warranty/tax credit paperwork.

Being factory trained for certain products means we are able to provide superior service. We also must complete continuing education requirements to keep licenses active. We also attend local business mixers, round table discussions and strive to learn as much as possible to help our community sustain.
