Introduction: My name is Victoria Ward and I am a passionate teacher and performing artist, yogi, and a fear breaker when it comes to life coaching/spiritual guidance. A positive, upbeat, and compassionate energy is brought with me everywhere.
I have been classically trained in various dance styles for over 10 years, and have taught children and adult dance classes for almost 5 years. My favorite styles to practice are classical ballet and contemporary. Although, I dabble in many areas and services, I am focusing more on Private Dance/Flexibility, Meditation, Yoga and of course, Life Coaching. I navigate life through movement. I attain goals through breaking belittling thought patterns. This is why I am driven to provide services that reflect those life-styles, and major life decisions, to encourage and train others on how to grow deeper both physically and spiritually.

My daughter was in her creative movement dance class. Victoria taught in such a way that held her attention, which isn't easy to do! She also boosted my child's self esteem and made the class very fun and inclusive. This was a perfect first dance class for my free spirited child. I only wish she would continue offering these classes, because I felt like my daughter would excel through the years with a teacher like Victoria. Not many have the talent to make learning fun and creative.
