Introduction: If you are developing or re-positioning a product, it is always a good idea to look outside your small circle of developers and seek an independent, fresh look from a product consultant with decades of experience and a rare ability to look at both sides of the equation, from marketing strategy to design execution. Normally, you are looking at two different people, but in my case you get a clear thinking left brain guy inside a right brain creative leaper.
