FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is somewhat flexible and sensitive to people's budget/needs, I can , once a client let us know what they are willing to spend I would/am happy to offer options to fit their budget by showing photos of past projects, creating photo composites and or mockups so our client knows beforehand what to expect: The end result is a very satisfied client !
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After receiving a call for an estimate on a mural project, I normally ask for details like a description of what they have in mind, artwork or reference photos to get an idea of the theme, size/wall measurements, etc. Once I get an idea I can create a mock-up or rough drawing (at no extra cost) this facilitates the communication as to make sure the expectations meet the final artwork delivered.
