John was easy to contact and flexible in his scheduling, needed to time his arrival to be right after the housekeeping company finished. We had odor issues d/t a skunk spraying under the crawlspace and directly on the outside of our house. He was sensitive to this issue and confident he would do a good job for us. He was friendly and professional and ontime. The very competitive, over-the-phone bid was not changed after he arrived (no upcharges for things that most carpet cleaners try and charge extra). He was patient while we moved the heavy furniture that most people do not move during a routine carpet cleaning, he moved the lighter furniture with out even being asked. Honestly I don't recall ever seeing a carpet guy work as hard as John did, he was here for over 3 hours working I didn't think it was possible for my front room carpet to look that clean - it is off white and 10 years old. He also cleaned our micro-fiber couch, an old covered rocking chair our camper carpeting and couch. Its been a while since we have used a steam clean approach and I was worried because it all felt so damp after he was done, but the couch was dry just a few hours later and are carpet was dry by morning, just like John said it would be. John Cawood did wonderfully professional work cleaning our carpets, rug, and large living room club chairs and ottomans. He ran late with a previous client yesterday morning, so was over an hour late arriving, but fortunately we were not on a strict time frame for the day and had window cleaning being done...so timing was not a big issue.
