Introduction: I am enthusiastic, creative, knowledgeable, and supportive. Beginning cooks have gained confidence in the kitchen after taking classes with me. I share simple methods and menus across cuisines with standard ingredients. $65 Per person per hour (2-hour minimum) includes a hands on educational cooking experience and all quality fresh ingredients. This is a fun but educational hands on cooking experience. I prefer to teach from my kitchen. I enjoy helping new cooks develop confidence in the kitchen. Connecting with people and creating delicious meals that suit their needs is mutually rewarding.

Bonnie has very enthusiastically embraced cooking for my limited and weird diet. I have serious health problems and the diet is a must. She is a delightful woman, kind and compassionate as well as being an excellent chef. I'm so glad I found her!

Cooking with Bonnie was amazing. Bonnie was very conscious about my cooking interests and meeting my "cooking needs". The best part of our session was how laid-back and relaxing it was. I will go back and have more lessons with Bonnie but also would encourage others that are interested in cooking for health to contact her for group classes.

As a fun gift to my family I scheduled a New Orleans style cooking Class with Bonnie . The dish we made was Gumbo Ya Ya.Bonnie brought the dish pre-made and while it was heating she walked us thru every step to make it. In addition to the Gumbo she made another New Orleans treat " muffaletas" We all had an awesome time, the food was great and we all really enjoyed Bonnie.

Bonnie has been delivering meals to my home on a weekly basis. Being a full time student with severe food allergies it become too difficult and time consuming to cook every meal, so with Bonnie's service it has been a much needed relief. She is very punctual, listens to your needs, and most importantly cooks great food! Would definitely recommend her to anyone in need of personal cooking or even catering.

My personal chef cost is $250 for a week's meals plus food cost. Catering costs can range anywhere from $25-? depending on the menu.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone after an initial email request and quote. I gather information about the clients' vision for this service, along with any specific food requirements. We discuss logistics and schedule for the service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up in New Orleans, I worked in the front and back of house in numerous restaurants. I worked in catering sales for WestIn Hotels. I was a partner in a catering business in SoCal, and had a Creole cafe in Bend.
