I have had three opportunities to experience the food prepared by Carson's Catering. Twice they have catered a holiday dinner consisting of a ham, turkey, gravy and stuffing, which was fabulous! I also attended an event that was catered by Carson's for a college graduation. There was several different types of finger foods, which were suitable for vegetarians, as well as non-vegetarians, and an absolutely amazing and delicious spread of finger deserts. The delivery of the food was punctual, warm and very good. It's clear that the individuals preparing the food take their time with it and care that it's pleasing to the palate. I would recommend them to anyone who needs an event catered, or even just an evening with a gourmet dinner at home.

Carson's Catering assisted us with our Veteran's Day celebration. Sandi prepared a beautiful meal that included a roast pork loin with apple chutney, roasted vegetable medley, new potatoes, salad, and dessert. As soon as Sandi arrived, the smells of her delicious food began filling the air,drawing teachers and students alike to the library where we were setting up for the event for our Veteran's Band guests. The food was perfectly prepared and tasted amazing, everyone loved it. Sandi's apple chutney stole the show, it was raved about by all who tasted it. The meal from Carson's Catering was outstanding and really made the event special for our guests and teachers. We had arranged for a drop-off catering event but Sandi voluntarily stayed to help me serve and make sure guests had every thing they needed. Thank you Sandi, we could not have put on such a wonderful event and meal without you.

Sandi Cartwright is an amazing caterer! We have worked with Sandi several times here at the Clackamas Service Center. She and her crew catered our Volunteer Appreciation Dinner two years running(70 folks attended). Her dinners not only were delicious but they were served up gorgeously. Her style of food goes beyond 'comfort food'. Is it that but she takes it to a whole new level. I would highly recommend Sandi for your next gathering, big or small!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After our client has decided to allow Carson's to provide their service, we email them with a Statement of Work to ensure we know exactly what they want. Then we get to work on their request. That's all there is to it!
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have had the pleasure of creating fantastic meals for many different types of customers. Personal Chef Weddings Holiday parties Birthday parties
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We catered a full holiday meal for a client with 80 guests. Turkeys, Hams, all the fixings. It was a hit, then the next day we catered a retirement party for 80 for the same client. They were very happy with both meals.
