I read slot of books and sometimes I will go to conventions to see what's the latest out there as far as equipment and other new dishes .
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I always had a passion for cooking and I also attended school for it as well.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Staff parties, cooperate meetings.
