- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each menu is customized to the event, venue, and season. I try hard to work with dietary needs, budgets and other challenges to make each event perfect.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I would preserve peaches with my mom when I was so little I had to stand on a chair. Eating peas out of the garden always puts a smile on my face. I want to bring that enjoyment of food to other people along with letting them relax and know everything will be taken care of.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I enjoy teaching cooking classes, pairing beverages with food, and am happy to work with any size group. I enjoy cooking multi-course sit down dinners for ten as much as I enjoy cooking outside over a grill for many.
