Did a great job and were excellent at meeting our needs. Threw in a couple extras that they noticed we needed to meet modern standards at no extra charge. Installed electrical required flawlessly.

Central Air Conditioning Installation or Replacement
Morrison Heating and Cooling did an amazing job installing Central A/C in our new house. Eddie was fantastic. Easy to work with and super knowledgeable. Although their quote wasn't the cheapest, he was the only one that spotted the fact that we didn't have sufficient cold air return flow. He worked some serious magic coming up with a creative solution to the problem that ultimately made sure the system worked effectively. The crews were prompt, polite and efficient. They finished on time and everything was done seamlessly, clean and on budget. They even did a little extra for free to give us a better result that amounted to dine additional work for them but a better result for us. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this company. They were responsive, prompt, and affordable. They definitely made our day, especially with this heat wave. We’ll be using them again for our regular maintenance and repairs in the future.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our pricing comes with a 2 year labor warranty on new equipment installs and also a lifetime workmanship warranty.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We do site visits to find out the customers needs, create an estimate, begin the job packet process, scheduling/ordering equipment, installation day and then we process all the registration/warranty/tax credit paperwork.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?We attend as many Factory training classes as possible. Being factory trained for certain products means we are able to provide superior service. We also must complete continuing education requirements to keep licenses active. We also attend local business mixers, round table discussions and strive to learn as much as possible to help our community sustain.
