- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?As a rule I do not charge by the hour, I wouldn't want to pay someone by the hour to watch a green line go across a screen. So I charge by the job, most jobs I have done before so I have a good idea what it takes to do the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I pick-up and deliver it's part of my service, so the first things I need are a phone number and an address. We decide on a time and I show up to ether do the work or pick-up the computer depending on what needs to be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education and training mainly come from 60 years of living, sure I went to school to learn computers sadly what I really learned was how to talk computereze, what I say to that is, who cares. I do not talk that way so what was the point? I fix things, it's not rocket science there is no hocus pocus, I like what I do and I do not have to act like some kind of know it all.
