In addition, all technicians must complete a two week pre-employment training and attend monthly SmartLab training seminars to keep their skills top of the game. We service around Portland with 79 dollar flat rate.

Smartlab gave windows hard drive data recovery free of cost. SmartLab's data recovery program can recover data from a drive with any of the following connections (IDE, EIDE), Serial ATA (SATA), SCSI, SAS, and Fibre Channel. They fixed fix logical failures as well a physical.
