Introduction: I have over 35 years experience working with a wide variety of people in private and public service agencies. I am non-judgmental while being knowledgeable enough to spot possible areas of concern. I continually update my knowledge with post graduate education well as other training. Most recently I went back to college to complete all the coursework in Mind/Body Health at Portland State University as well as receiving a Certificate in Gerontology there. I approach each person holistically: including mind, body and spirit. I enjoy connecting with people in a helpful way. I enjoy the process of being present when clients are growing into themselves to enjoy the true richness of their abilities and life opportunities. When their lives improve to the point that coming to counseling is less interesting than the rest of their lives I feel a sense of satisfaction."
